A cradle-to-grave LCA conducted by TÜV Rheinland shows that our 20 g water PET preform generates 0.28 kg CO₂-e, 65 % lower than an equivalent glass bottle and 38 % lower than an aluminum can.

Key mitigation levers include:
(1) lightweighting-every gram removed saves 0.014 kg CO₂-e across the chain;

(2) 50–100 % rPET incorporation, reducing virgin resin demand and energy by 30 %;

(3) modal shift to rail-sea intermodal from China to Europe, cutting freight emissions by 42 %;

(4)and on-site solar-powered injection moulding that offsets 18 % of plant electricity. We also offer "carbon-labelled" preforms: each pallet carries a QR code linking to a blockchain-verified LCA, allowing brands to display real-time CO₂ data on pack. By monetising these credits within emerging ETS schemes, bottlers can turn sustainability into a profit centre rather than a cost line.
