Ultra-high temperature (UHT) milk and ESL (extended shelf-life) cream demand packaging that blocks light and oxygen yet withstands 4–6 bar internal pressure during sterilisation.

Our multilayer PET preforms integrate a 5 µm EVOH barrier sandwiched between virgin PET layers, cutting O₂ ingress to < 0.02 cc/pkg-day and extending chilled milk life from 10 to 21 days.

The 38 mm neck finish accommodates hot-fill at 85 °C followed by rapid cooling without stress whitening, while a crystallised base withstands pasteurisation tunnels.

All preforms are produced under ISO 22000 with CIP/SIP validated moulds and laser-etched date codes for 100 % traceability. Exported to Kenya, Saudi Arabia, and Brazil, these preforms have helped dairies reduce spoilage by 14 % and retail returns by 9 %, proving that PET can outperform HDPE jugs on both clarity and shelf-life metrics.
